BEMA moulding a future workforce for the best of the best in engineering
The British Engineering Manufacturers Association (BEMA) training centre has always been at the forefront of preparing the next generation of engineers, and we excel because our courses are moulded to the precise needs of employers, and graduate engineers who’ve been on its short graduate-focused engineering courses can’t praise it enough.
Whether they are new apprentices, taking their first steps in the industry, or graduate engineers working for some of the sector’s most famous names, our well-equipped workshops near Bristol, and their highly experienced staff, deliver training that is second-to-none.
Feedback from recent Graduate courses – which range from one to three weeks in duration and are run in conjunction with blue-chip employers like Rolls Royce and Renshaw – includes:
“Great tuition from friendly and experienced instructors”, “Really enjoyed the training, interesting and useful” and “A great experience, would definitely recommend”.
Graduates are given hands on tuition on vertical milling and turning machines and deliver a Design and Make project.
Centre manager Martin Wear said the bespoke courses were “A growth area for us, students gain skills in a relaxed and informative setting, utilising quality expertise, learning from and with their peers.”
So, if you’re an employer looking to give your graduate engineers the latest practical skills, or you’re a graduate yourself, looking to benefit from tutors with decades of real-workplace experience, contact Bema via e-mail.
