Impressive Engineering Apprentices on countdown to Christmas

The apprentices who embarked on their professional journey since September have been putting in significant effort both in the workshop and during their college days. Their dedication and hard work have been evident, as they continue to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of their training. As the Christmas break approaches, these apprentices will return to their respective companies, where they will apply their newly acquired knowledge until, they resume their studies at Swatpro Engineering at BEMA in January 25.

The companies they will be returning to include a diverse range of industries and specialties, such as Bradman Lake, Broadway, Graphic Packaging, Rotork, Seetru, WH Bence Coachworks Ltd, APEX Pumps, Berry & Escott, McBraida, SKF, AVPE, Befanco, Crown Conveyors, Nylaplas, and Sulzer. Each of these organisations plays a vital role in the apprenticeship program, providing valuable mentorship and practical experience that enriches the apprentices’ learning journey.

As we say goodbye to this year’s apprentices for the Christmas break, we eagerly anticipate their return next year. We are particularly excited about the upcoming recruitment process for September 2025, as we seek to bring in a new group of enthusiastic individuals ready to kickstart their careers and contribute to these esteemed companies. This next phase not only highlights our commitment to nurturing talent but also strengthens our partnerships with industry leaders who are invested in the future of the workforce.
