A four year Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Engineering Manufacturing. This opportunity is for someone who has the drive and desire to achieve such a qualification within a caring and professional organization.

Full Description

The role gives the opportunity for the chosen candidate to start out in an Engineering career.

The foundation skills that will be taught and obtained through the BEMA training school coupled with various department roles within Seetru makes for a solid training path.

You will be expected to immerse yourself fully in the requirements of the Apprenticeship pathway, such as being attentive, diligent and studying for exams when necessary. The Apprenticeship will be demanding at times but also very rewarding.

Seetru will as always be very active in supporting the training needs of the chosen candidate.

Desired Skills:

A willingness to learn engineering skills

Personal Qualities:

A desire to work in engineering and with others, Good timekeeping and willing to learn engineering skills.

Reality Check:

The ideal candidate would have to arrange transport to get to the BEMA training Centre based in Yate Bristol.

4 GCSEs - Math's, English & Science at Grade 4-9 essential. (or equivalent)

Working Week: 39hr per Week. Mon- Thurs- 08.00am - 4.30 pm, Fri- 08.00 am - 3.30 pm

Duration: 48 Months

Training provided by Swatpro Academy - Yate.

Future Prospects:

Progression within the company will be supported and extra advanced training will be viewed positively.
